The EDGE Business District Association is comprised of businesses, property owners, residents and friends that work together to sustain a vibrant district economy and strong community. EBDA membership provides the framework for our support and core funding for our programs. Whether you’re an individual, or a business, we offer a variety of membership levels. And it’s easy, only one click away!

Volunteer

Our volunteers are the foundation of our organization. They are the engines that drive our community. From helping on projects, committees and events, to lending a hand on fundraising and friendraising, our volunteers make our work possible and strengthen our community.

Why do Main Streets matter?

Main Streets are historic downtown districts, the heart and core of the community. They tell us who we are, and who we were, and how the past has shaped us. They reflect a rich history of people coming together to live, to work, and to build on a shared vision.

The EDGE District is a Main Street, which means that it is an organized community of volunteers dedicated to keeping the district vibrant, relevant, sustaining, and a truly great place to live, work, and play. Our volunteers work on district improvement projects, serve on committees, help with events, or assist the EDGE BDA in other meaningful ways.

What are ways in which you could help?

– As an EDGE ambassador, spreading the news about all of our great businesses, district amenities, and wonderful places to live.
– As an EDGE task force member, helping on specific projects dealing with District Design, Economic Vitality, Organization, or Promotions.
– As an EDGE District event team member, providing a festive and fun experience for our guests.
– As an EDGE intern or admin assistant, working on historic research, social media, member relations, and more.

If you’d like to help us in any of these ways, just email us at info@edgedistrict.org and indicate your area of interest, how many hours you’d like to help, and your contact information. If we have an upcoming event with particular shifts, we’ll also have that information below for you with an easy online signup button. Thank you for your help!
