The District features several LGBTQ+ owned and operated businesses and is consistently listed as one of the favorite Districts for our Rainbow Community. Lots of free parking in the District and paid options nearby, plus just a few minutes walk from the downtown parade.     ARTicles Gallery is pleased to present Painting & Pimms every first Thursday of the month during the summer. Enjoy a casual, cool gathering to sip a Pimms cocktail (or a lemonade, if you prefer) and learn about a few special pieces of artwork or artists represented in the Gallery.


    For the June 5th Paintings & Pimms, we'll be spotlighting artists Richard Seidel and Camille Izumi Page. Richard will be at the event to talk about his process and answer any questions you have, and we'll also tell you a bit about Camille's background and show you some of her more notable artworks.


    As a special benefit, all attendees will receive a 10% "Collector's Discount" off of any purchase of original artwork during the event.

    The annual Sunrise Sale is a don't-miss event. It's a blockbuster summer sale that's worth getting up before dawn for! Shoppers are encouraged to wear their pajamas and those who do are often treated to extra discounts or small gifts. The event sees downtown filled at dawn with yellow flags, bright balloons and eager shoppers! Several restaurants offer incredible breakfast specials to hungry shoppers. The event is open to the public, and maps are available to guide people to participating businesses.
