Led by local nutritionist Jeniffer Alburquerque, this class is a relaxed, conversational cooking demonstration and tasting experience designed to help you start your day feeling full, energized, and focused.

We’ll talk about simple make-ahead breakfasts, gentle morning habits, and small mindset shifts that make nourishing yourself feel easier and more natural, not forced or overwhelming.
