Floral Focaccia Class

Join Cat, from Doughs by Cat, to create your own unique edible floral focaccia masterpiece using hand crafted dough, locally grown herbs, spices, produce, and florals. Tap into your creativity while learning how to use ingredients, time, and temperature to create different doughs, flavors, and results. You’ll start the workshop with raw dough and ingredients, and finish with your own uniquely decorated ready-to-bake at home focaccia! This workshop includes instruction, take home dough, seasonal decorative ingredients, focaccia samples and a recipe card. In the spirit of waste reduction and using what you have, we ask that you bring your own baking sheet or dish (metal, cast iron, or glass around 8 - 12 inches in size are perfect) as well as a tea towel, cover or lid. All sizes and materials welcome, we will provide specific instructions for any variations. $45 per person and only 20 spaces are available. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
