A seafood celebration of the Gulf's waters' bounty from oysters to Cedar key clams, mussels and shrimp to fresh marinated sheepshead filets and an authentic as possible French bouillabaisse. End with a classic dessert from the Limousing region of France using the farm's unique and delicious Jamaican cherries in lieu of the French cherries.
