Pridetopia in the EDGE is an official after-parade party in the EDGE District. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets of roasting the perfect classic French chicken from seasoning to carving with confidence. You’ll also learn how to make the most of the whole bird by creating stock, sides, and multiple meals. Rooted in sustainability and flavor, this class blends technique with heart, straight from the farm kitchen.
