Flow, Fuel & Recovery at VIV: yoga/pilates, wellness experiences, recovery, nutrition, and hydration in St. Pete. RSVP required.
Flow, Fuel & Recovery at VIV is a wellness-inspired evening bringing movement, recovery, nutrition, and community together in St. Pete.
Hosted in collaboration with Fire Flow St. Pete, BioHack Studios, The Burg Nutrition, Pure Green, Rise Recovery and Performance Center, and Thrive Hydration, the evening will begin with a 45-minute yoga/pilates class led by Fire Flow, followed by a curated lineup of wellness experiences.
Guests can enjoy red light therapy, energy and nutrition drinks, açaí bowls, chiropractic services, B-12 shots, IV therapy, and more.
