    Step into an elegant evening inspired by the rich flavors and royal traditions of Indian cuisine. At 15th Street Farm, we’re proud to present Mughal Majesty: A Culinary Affair—a five-course dinner designed and prepared by Executive Chef Zachary Crossman.


    This luxurious community dining experience celebrates seasonal produce, global expertise, and the connection that forms when we gather at the table.


    Chef Zachary, known for his artistry and high-end plating, blends classic Mughal influences with farm-fresh ingredients—many harvested just steps away from where you dine. Vegetarian and meat options are thoughtfully included so that every guest feels welcome.


    The Experience


    Your evening begins with a traditional Mango Lassi welcome and savory Indian chickpea snacks, followed by a journey through five vibrant courses.
    Dine at our long communal table, where food is served family-style and conversations flourish. This is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of flavor, community, and purpose.


    The Menu


    Welcome Beverage - Mango Lassi - served with an assortment of traditional Indian Chickpea Snacks.


    1st Course: Mini Masala Dosas with Coconut Cilantro Chutney - Crisp, golden mini dosas filled with a fragrant spiced potato masala, delicately drizzled with a vibrant coconut-cilantro chutney for a refreshing start.


    2nd Course: Appetizer - Charred Paneer Skewers with Pomegranate Glaze - Perfectly grilled cubes of paneer marinated in a sweet-tangy pomegranate reduction, served with an herbaceous mint-coriander dipping sauce.


    3rd Course: Salad - Deconstructed Chaat Salad with Tamarind Drizzle - A modern twist on traditional street food featuring crisp papdi, boiled potatoes, chickpeas, yogurt, pomegranate seeds, and tamarind chutney, elegantly layered and finished with chaat masala for bold flavors.


    4th Course: Main Course (Choose One) - Hyderabadi Dum Biryani with Saffron Raita (Chicken) - Fragrant basmati rice cooked with marinated chicken and whole spices, layered and slow-cooked to perfection. Paired with a creamy saffron-infused raita and mango chutney for balance OR Lentil, Mustard Green & Chickpea Dal (Vegetarian Option) - A rich, nourishing stew served with papadum, fresh chapatis, and herbed basmati rice.


    5th Course: Dessert - Rasmalai Tartlets with Cardamom Cream - Crisp tart shells filled with rasmalai-inspired custard, delicately flavored with cardamom, and topped with pistachios and saffron threads.

    About the Instructor:


    Annie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. With a deep passion for holding space for others, Annie finds great joy in witnessing students come into their own presence and peace. Through mindful movement, breath, and alignment, Annie guides students toward a deeper connection to themselves and their practice. Whether in a group class or one-on-one setting, the focus is always on fostering a safe, nurturing environment for growth, transformation, and self-discovery. Annie is honored to be a part of each individual’s yoga journey, helping them find balance, tranquility, and self love both on and off the mat.
